Members and teams
Invite people, assign roles, and optionally group them into teams.
Open Settings → Organization.
Invite
Click Invite. Enter emails and send. Pending invitations show on the same tab.
Roles:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including SSO and organization memory |
| Admin | Org rename, members, teams, connectors Studio/MCP, agents, models |
| Member | Use the product with what admins enabled |
The invite dialog says invitees sign in with Google. The invite page also accepts email and password. Use the address they will actually sign in with.
Invitees who are signed out can accept with Google or email. Signed-in users click Accept invitation.
Teams
Teams are optional. Owners and admins create, rename, and delete teams, then add org members.
A team is a subgroup inside one organization. It is not created by default. Members must already belong to the org.
There is no team switcher in the product today. If you belong to one team, that team is your active context. If you belong to none, you work org-wide.
Leave
Leave organization is on the same tab. You cannot leave if you are the only owner.
